Our pure Maple Syrup is made using a wood-fired evaporator in our own Sugar Shack on the farm. It is produced to the highest standards required for the Maple Producers "Seal of Quality'.

We have a range of attractive gift packs of our special preserves, and our maple products. As well we have gift baskets of products that can be made to order for all occasions.

NATURALLY-RAISED MEATS

All of our animals are naturally-raised in a caring family farm environment, and they are fed a vegetarian diet without antibiotics or steroids.

Besides standard cuts of our Black Angus beef, pork, lamb, poultry & rabbit, all of which are regularly stocked, we can fill custom orders; for example, whole lambs for barbecuing, special gourmet cuts, etc.

Some of our specialties include;

Pork: Smoked pork chops, Canadian bacon, spare ribs, smoked ham steaks, butterfly chops
Lamb: maple-flavoured sausage, legs, loin chops, custom-cut orders - also rack of lamb
Beef: steaks (including New York and Ribeye), roasts and custom-cut orders
Poultry: organic turkey fillets, ground meat, patties, and turkey stock
Our sausages are also very special. They are pure meat and include prime cuts, and contain no gluten or casein.

ONTARIO HONEY

We stock honey and honey products from Ferguson's Apiaries, our neighbouring producer of Ontario Award Winning honey. Ferguson's maintain some of their hives on our farm. HOME-MADE PIES and OTHER BAKING

Our fruit-pies include Rhubarb, Apple, Cherry, Blueberry and other fruits in-season. Our butter-tarts are scrumptious!

We have Beef, Pork & Rabbit meat pies - and 'genuine' old-fashioned French-Canadian Tourtière.   All made with our own naturally-raised meats.

We also feature BBQ Ribs, Shepherd's Pie and Beef Stew - all made  in our own kitchen from our naturally-raised meats.
